[jgit-dev] Filed a CQ for Apache SSHD

At EclipseCon, Shawn and I briefly chatted about using Apache SSHD as
a pluggable replacement for JSCh in the future. I filed a CQ [1] to
start this adventure if we go down the route in the future.
