[jgit-dev] EGit 0.7.1 / JGit 0.7.1

I have pushed signed tags for EGit and JGit 0.7.1.  This patch release
was necessary to include only [1], which is a bug fix to prevent
deadlock when using the SSH based transports from within Eclipse.  I'm
trying to talk Hudson CI into creating a build of these two tags so
Chris can get these moved over to the official download repository.

As far as I'm concerned, 0.7.0 was an accident, caused by insufficient
testing.  Its part of our project history, so I'm keeping it around
and not rewriting it out of the history.  But if anyone wants to use
JGit (or EGit), they should be using 0.7.1 or later.
