[jetty-users] No HTTP_HOST in Jetty 11 HTTP/2 environment variables: is it by design or is it a bug?

Hi,

Some time ago I upgraded from jetty 9.4.14.v20181114 to jetty 11(11.0.12). In Jetty 9 both HTTP, and HTTP/2 servers set HTTP_HOSTenvironment variable that was used by some of our applications.

 In Jetty 11 HTTP_HOST is set only by HTTP server.

Is it by design or by accident (bug)? I haven't found any notice aboutthis in change log.
