[jetty-users] Jetty 9.4.7 Released!

The Jetty team is happy to announce the immediate availability of a new release for the Eclipse Jetty 9.4.x branch.


Jetty 9.4.7 contains a tremendous amount of bug fixes and enhancements and it is recommended that all users upgrade as soon as they are able. 


Jetty 9.4.7 is also the first Jetty release built with early JDK 9 support (but is still fully compatible with JDK8!). Full compatibility with JDK 9 is currently targeted for Jetty 10, which is slated for release later this year. We encourage all users to make their thoughts known on JDK 9 via the Jetty mailing lists. Let us know what is important to you about the newest version of Java and what you want to see in Jetty.

Speaking of JDK 9, for those of you who have started testing your code and applications with it, you might be interested in a blog recently posted to the Webtide site detailing how to quickly switch back and forth between different versions of Java with your Jetty implementation:
