[jetty-users] Hot deployment of war on Windows

There are claims that this was solved here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=283344

However it doesn't seem to be the case. I am using jetty 9.1.4.v20140401.

I am the developer of Solvent (formerly HiveMind): www.crudzilla.com...the product is an IDE that runs on jetty. When a new application is created, it needs to be hot deployed without restarting the server. It works on Linux but not on Windows.
