Starting in Jetty 9, Maven central also has the VERSION.txt for each release as an artifact.

A quick search on the Eclipse bugzilla for version 9.3.7 turns up 3(!!)
issues, of which one is in status NEW.

Looks like I have a hard time finding info about what changed between
9.3.6 and 9.3.7 ...
