Appreciate your response. Here is the configuration to the jetty server...

        server = new Server(new ExecutorThreadPool(corePoolSize, maxPoolSize, keepAliveTimeout, TimeUnit.SECONDS));
        HttpConfiguration configuration = new HttpConfiguration();
        configuration.setRequestHeaderSize(requestHeaderSize);

        LowResourceMonitor lowResourceMonitor = new LowResourceMonitor(server);
        lowResourceMonitor.setLowResourcesIdleTimeout(lowResourcesMaxIdleTime);
        lowResourceMonitor.setMaxConnections(lowResourcesConnections);
        server.addBean(lowResourceMonitor);

        ServerConnector connector = new ServerConnector(server, new HttpConnectionFactory(configuration));
        connector.setHost(host);
        connector.setPort(port);

        connector.setIdleTimeout(maxIdleTime);
        connector.setAcceptQueueSize(acceptQueueSize);
        connector.setReuseAddress(true);
        connector.accept(acceptors);
        server.setConnectors(new Connector[] { connector });
