Hey Jan,

I am using the Hightide RC4 distro.  The command I used to start the 
server was:

java -jar start.jar etc/jetty.xml etc/jetty-ssl.xml

using the standard start.ini, OPTIONS=Server,plus,jta,jdbc,annotations,jsp
