We have staged the potential release for jetty 9.4.x

THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL RELEASE (yet)

Once its promoted it will show up in the usual places to download.

If you want to participate in this testing, please do so and reply on this email.

Of particular Note in this release:

The Cookie handling has been updated to conform to RFC6265 as a result of Chrome/Chromium strictness.

Version=1 Cookies are now unsupported, and Cookies with invalid values will now throw and IllegalArgumentException with details.

Tip: if you have odd characters in your value (see https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6265#section-4.1.1), consider URLEncoding them.
