[jetty-dev] Staged/Test Releases: 9.2.20 & 9.3.15

There are 2 new releases staged and ready for testing at the oss.sonatype.org release staging locations.

Should they have no reported issues, they will be promoted to formal releases early next week.

Stage Information:

Jetty 9.2.20.v20161216 -> https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/jetty-1282/

Jetty 9.3.15.v20161216 -> https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/jetty-1283/

Note: Theses are not yet "blessed" or "promoted" for production use.
