The old property name for jetty < 9.3 is "Jetty-WarFolderPath", and
the property name for jetty >= 9.3 is "Jetty-WarResourcePath". The 9.3
code will look first for the old name and then for the new name.
Unfortunately when we split releases into  jetty-9.2 and jetty-9.3 we
didn't branch the documentation at the same time. I'll put a note into
the doco to explain which version the property names apply to.
