You don't appear to be asking any question in the body of your email.

But the subject line does.

Jetty 9+ is built around Servlet Spec 3.1 and all of the async I/O concepts it introduces.
As such, all blocking connectors, like SocketConnector, have been dropped from Jetty.

If you are asking about connectors in general, then you will want to look at the ServerConnector architecture.
But you have made no statement on how you used the SocketConnector (standalone jetty, embedded jetty, jetty-maven-plugin, via initialization from osgi, via spring standalone, etc), so pointing you in the correct direction would be difficult.
