Just to clarify a bit more what Jesse said.

Eclipse legal will not let us accept pull requests from Github at the moment.
This is because there is no (possible knowledge of a) CLA (Contributor License Agreement), at the Eclipse side, for you and your patch.

Its an open issue on the eclipse side.
