[jetty-dev] Apidocs in distro

Hi,

According to Winzip, jetty-distribution-7.5.4.v20111024.zip has a
total of 1656 files taking up 41946KB of space.

Of these, the apidocs/ folder consumes 1553 files and 30848KB.

That's 94% of the files and 75% of the space!

Do we really need to include Jetty's Javadocs in the distro?  Can we
replace it with a link to the site?

Our internal distro now excludes the apidocs/ folder, but there's
still the extra fat we need to download and parse, so ideally we'd
like to see this fixed upstream.
