Joakim,

I've given it a bit of a test and it seems fine. I did make one
minor change to trunk for the next time around, and that was to
correct the links on the index.html page of the test webapp.

However, there now seems to be a big problem with the
jetty-maven-plugin and the test-jetty-webapp. For some reason,
the plugin now does not see any of the dependencies of the
webapp project. I've tested the plugin against other webapp
projects and it seems fine.

To test, you'll need to uncomment the commented out plugin
setup in the test-jetty-webapp pom.

Can you take a look into this?
