[jetty-dev] source artefacts

Since we are now always generating source artefacts with every module,
I've made the aggregate modules do the same.  This means that if
you depend on jetty-all aggregate, you will still get the source etc.

I'm wondering if we should also copy the jetty-all aggregate source
jar to a src.zip file in the standard distribution?
