Alexander,
What's the number of open file descriptors that you have configured
for your operating system? Perhaps the number is set too low
for the number of concurrent connections?

Is that a bug ?
My code
Server server = new Server(8080);
ServletContextHandler context = new
ServletContextHandler(ServletContextHandler.SESSIONS);
context.setContextPath("/");
server.setHandler(context);
context.addServlet(new ServletHolder(new
JettyScreenshotProxyServlet()), "/");
server.start();
server.join();
