[jetty-announce] Jetty 9.3.1.v20150714 Released!

This release is a maintenance release for Jetty 9.3.x which supports
HTTP/2 and has a Java 8 requirement.

The artifacts are also available in the Global Central Repository:

Eclipse P2 repositories will be available later.
