Jeff,

sorry if I've confused anything (mostly myself).  I'll try to use
"build" instead of "release" in future.

We will fix up the download pages etc.  but I need to clarify the
exact phrases to use myself.
Jeff (cc'd just the eclipse lists),

I'm understand that until we have a release review, we can only call a
build a Milestone,
so for example I expect that we will soon be doing a 7.2.0.M1 build.

Specifically, is a build like 7.1.5.v20100705 able to be described as
a "Release"?
