get Java 9 or JUnit 5.

Hey!

What is the best way to install the latest Java9 support AND JUnit 5 support
into Oxygen?

I found this:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/YIndex.php

to provide the latest full platform builds for either one of them. And
the marketplace entry for Java9 contains a feature patch, but that seems
to be behind the Y builds. Or is the marketplace entry updated in certain
stability cycles?
