Dear JDT UI Committers

In the past months Noopur Gupta has
done a lot of work in the area of a component lead and helped to reduce
the load on Markus. Besides that, she is currently the most active committer
on JDT UI. I hereby nominate Noopur as co-lead for JDT UI.
