[jdt-ui-dev] SoC Project: JDT UI Code Completion and Refactoring Improve

Hi,

during last week I had a code review with my mentors and we discussed 
each and every change for substring code completion. It was very useful 
because it made more clear what the JDT team expected from me. After 
this review, I have been working on the changes and fixes we have 
discussed. I believe that by now all of those are fixed, yet I have not 
yet pushed all of them to Gerrit. What's missing from substring code 
completion are the test cases and the completion of types. I hope to 
finish the former very soon and the second one during the next week as well.
