[jdt-ui-dev] Move Inner Type to Top Level refactoring released 
just released: Move Inner Type to Top Level refactoring

to use: select an inner type and choose 'Move to Top Level'

for now, it's enabled only on static types - non-static are in the works :-)


as usual, it somes with a suite of tests - see the test project
