[jdt-ui-dev] released 'Move static members' refactoring

to use it - select a set of fields and methods (no types yet)
and select 'Move..' from the context menu.
then, select the destination type. members will be moved and references to
them updated.

no visibility correction is done, so you might have to adapt your code
afterwards a bit.
