[jdt-ui-dev] jdt-ui test suites are now available on dev.eclipse.org

The jdt-ui test plugins org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests and
org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.refactoring are
now available on dev.eclipse.org.

The version that was released is a snapshot of today. For a consistent
configuration
you should wait for the next integration build.

The last piece that is missing for running the tests is a Junit plugin with
support for running
tests inside of Eclipse. We are working on making it available.
