[jdt-ui-dev] SEF Refactoring: new Version

Hi

here is a new version of the sef refactoring. Changes include:

- fixed a bug: forget to check the field reference
- changed to proposal by Dirk (generating dec and inc methods)
- methods are only added if needed

things to do:
- adapt the UI to the new methods
- write test cases (still waiting for the suite though... *g* )
