Hi,

You can configure the content assist in Window > Preferences > Java > Editor > Content Assist. However, JDT doesn't provide such a sorter by default.
You should create a feature request on bugs.eclipse.org to ask for such a sorter. If you want it to be available in next version (4.4), you should also consider trying to contribute code for this change.
