[jdt-dev] feature to promote all project warnings to errors

I would like the JDT committers to consider a feature I contributed 
via bugzilla back in November. As there has been no activity on the 
report, I suspect it may have gone mostly unnoticed. I think it's a 
very useful feature, and one that most development environments 
provide. There is a PDF attached to the report with a detailed 
proposal. It describes the need for the capability and the 
solution/implementation I contributed.
