The Java Launch Configurations have been migrated from the Java Debug UI plug-in (org.eclipse.jdt.debug.ui), to the launching plug-in (org.eclipse.jdt.launching). This allows for programmatic "headless" launching of Java applications.

This is a breaking API change.
