[jdt-debug-dev] CVS release comments convention

A bit of detail in the release comments can be very useful when trying to 
track down where a problem may have been introduced. When a new bug appears 
around thread suspension, for instance, it's nice to be able to pull up a 
compare browser on a thread class and look for versions with commends related 
to suspension.

I suggest "Bug <number> - <bug title>" as a useful convention for release 
comments in the future (ex. "Bug 1394 - Implemented firewire"). This 
information can easy be copied and pasted from the top of the bug report on 
Bugzilla.
