Re: [jdt-core-dev] JDT changes for Java 10?

Hi,

are there any builds available with Java 10 support yet? If not any ETA on those?

Thanks,

Fred

Hey Jesper,

Good to hear from you, it's been a while! And thanks for the offer and sounds wonderful to me.

We are yet to complete some set up related things for Java 10 (or is it 18.3?), like a new Git branch etc., which should be done soon. I will keep you posted on that.

Regards,
Jay

Hi list

I've been away a while, but I'm able to put some time into the Java 10 effort, it needed.

I was looking at taking a stab at JEP 286: Local-Variable Type Inference, since the specification is now done, but I'm guessing there's a bunch of "project mainetance" housework to be done before that, or?

Anyway, I have to set up my JDT development workspaces, get a working jikesog, and whatnot.

Catch you later!

-Jesper
