Friends of JDT core,

looks like your Gerrit builds having an issue, for example
https://hudson.eclipse.org/platform/job/eclipse.jdt.core-Gerrit/1992/
runs already since more than 8 hours which previous validation builds
finished in less than 2 hours.

The JDT core jobs eating up the available executors for other
projects. Would be great if you can have a look.
