For what it is worth, especially since
next build succeeded, I think this failure is a Hudson bug that occurs
after cancelling a periodic build and restarting it shortly after -- when
the job has the right "setup". I have opened Hudson bug 496698.

P.S. I may try another "test build"
since the next build that worked did not get "tagged" correctly.
I realizing correctly tagging this exact build may not be that important,
but I've changed some code to try to better understand "why not"
to help the webmasters fix the fundamental problem. (bug 496335)

I am not sure why this build failed.
The logs have nothing obvious. 

I may "try again" later today, but am a bit hampered because
my main network connection is down and need to work over a phone's "hotspot".

It may not be possible to build, though since a "Y-build" is
"just like" an I-build (with the obvious exceptions) and before
we can do an I-build again will need to increment a number of things.
