FWIW, I have opened a bug on myself to
improve this situation for the future. 
Bug 493107- Enhance Y-build to work from master, except for critically different
pieces

This build failed for a familiar,  the
"post build" task variables are out of date  or out of sync
with master branch, so a file it refers to is no longer available. 

I can respin, if requested, but otherwise,
will "let it rest" until next week. 

A more important question is, probably,
does the latest patch build need to be added to the "composite"
to offer the best option for the Market Place Client and those running
with M7? (Perhaps it does not matter ... I am just asking). 

And, do let me know if you made changes
such that you would like to see a full build and test cycle (i.e. respin
the Y-build).
