This P-build failed because a pre-requiste
repository was no longer available. 
[ERROR] Internal error: java.lang.RuntimeException:
Failed to load p2 repository with ID 'eclipse-p2-repo-java9patch46' from
location http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.6-I-builds/I20160301-1230/

I had forgotten we created a recent
patch build based on a very specific I-build. And have since "cleaned
out" the older I-builds once we delivered M6. 

But, this build failure is a good reminder
we should produce a Patch Build that is specific to M6 so those using the
milestone build can get a "well matched" patched build to install
into M6. (See bug 489039).

So, I will be working today to get such a Patch build
done. And once done will rely on JDT team confirming it is "well and
good" to put into the "patch composite" repository (which
is where Market Place Client get's it's offerings from). Naturally, if
the MPC description needs changing for M6, the JDT team (or Dani :) will
have to do that (i.e. not me :) 

I expect it will take me several hours to get that M6
patch build ready, which I realize *might* be bad timing given some timezone
differences -- but I think if "confirmed" even by tomorrow (Wednesday)
that will be great. 

Once I get the "Milestone patch" ready, then
I'll change the general repository back to "I-builds" in general
so future ones should not fail so easily.
