[jdt-core-dev] Regarding the eclipse source code

Hi Team,

I am trying to analyse the eclipse source as part of my research.

I downloaded the Eclipse source version 3.5.1.But I found few java files duplicated, due to which I am facing some issues.

Eg.: IExtensionPoint.java is present in both the folder shown below:

 /org.eclipse.equinox.registry.source_3.4.100.v20090520-1800/org/eclipse/core/runtime/IExtensionPoint.java

/org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility.registry.source_3.2.200.v20090429-1800/runtime_registry_compatibilitysrc/org/eclipse/core/runtime/IExtensionPoint.java

Can you please help me to get the exact source of Eclipse and how to handle above mentioned issues.
