[jdt-core-dev] Update repository list

The eclipse.jdt project metadata needs
updating to reflect the new git repositories. Can a JDT committer please
go into the portal, and set the "source repository" field to
be:

/gitroot/jdt/org.eclipse.jdt.core.git
/gitroot/jdt/org.eclipse.jdt.git
/gitroot/jdt/org.eclipse.jdt.ui.git

This affects project statistics in Dash,
and is also used to compute the mirror list for GitHub.
