Re: [jdt-core-dev] e4 discussions

I'd vote for git.

Hi,

Sorry for the delays. We can use jdt core dev as a starting point for discussion. If we need a specific list later, we will reconsider.

I think it is high time to populate the initial code contribution for jdt.core as an e4 incubation project.
I spoke with Boris and his first question was: do you want to do it using CVS or git ?

So I prefer to ask the questions to all involved people. What kind of repository do you prefer ? CVS or git ?

As soon as this is done, I'll work with Boris to provide the initial contribution. My intent is to use M6 contribution of jdt.core to start the e4 incubation effort.

Hi all,

Now that we have an e4 project (with no code), it's probably time that
we start discussing how to populate the initial repository.  But
before we even go there, we need to decide on an appropriate place to
discuss the JDT e4 project.  Should it be here, or on the e4
developers list?
