I haven't double checked the URL to see if it is up to date.
If you are planning to make changes to the grammar, you will
anyways need to download the sources for org.eclipse.jdt.core
project to rebuild it with the generated files after modifying
the grammar file - so you may as well as download the latest
sources from dev.eclipse.org by anoymous login using HEAD as
the branch.
