[jdt-core-dev] Automating the parser generation

Having been intimidated by the instruction at http://www.eclipse.org/jdt/core/howto/generate%20parser/generateParser.html
I decided to write a small Java utility that automatically runs the necessary steps. 

I'd be happy to contribute it.
