[jdt-core-dev] Commit rights for Maxime Daniel

Maxime Daniel has been contributing to the Java Compiler, through patches.
Since August, he enabled access restrictions in batch compiler (92398), he
implemented support for having access restrictions be inherited properly
(76266), he also crafted an optional compiler diagnosis for detecting
assignments to method parameters (53773), and has recently been preparing
an extensive patch for doing null reference analysis (integrated into our
flow analysis) (110030), where he found some optimizations to speed the
flow analysis (less flowInfo copies). Also Maxime did participate in our
validation efforts, and resolved extra bugs like (101080)   NPE during
computePriority for problems.

I believe Maxime has earned commit rights, please cast your vote.
