[jdt-core-dev] Info to patch jdt-core with HEAD content

If you want to patch jdt-core with HEAD content after version
v_529b, then you must remove directory
<install_dir>/eclipse/configuration/org.eclipse.core.runtime
before restart eclipse.

JDT/Core plugin.xml file has been modified to fix bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=79883,
and as it seems that plugin extensions are somehow stored in this
directory, you would run inconsistent jdt-core plugin configuration
if you forgot to remove it...
