[jdt-core-dev] Granting commit rights to Martin Aeschlimann

I would like to propose Martin Aeschlimann as a new committer on JDT Core.
In addition for working tightly with our APIs on the JDT UI side, and
providing good feedback and bug reports; Martin has contributed to JDT Core
a significant portion of the brand new DOM AST rewrite implementation, and
should naturally be able to commit to it so as to further evolve this code.
