[jdt-core-dev] Vote for new committer

Frederic Fusier (OTI Lab Saint-Nazaire, France) has been working with us on
JDT Core since the beginning of September. He has contributed the new
support for javadoc problem detections in the compiler (soon to be publicly
released), and solved bugs related to classpath support in JavaModel
(validation messages, marker generation, corrupted files) as well as added
new APIs to force classpath reading from file.
His contributions are solid and of high quality, with a strong focus on
performance.

Therefore, I am asking all existing JDT Core committers to vote so as to
grant Frederic with commit rights on JDT Core.
