If you need to generate this jar, use the new ant script buildExtraJars.xml
located in org.eclipse.jdt.core/scripts/.
It will generate the jar if it doesn't exist. So if you want to regenerate
it, delete it first.

As per bug 30227, we no should no longer release this JAR to the
repository, and rather generate it manually whenever we need it.
Ask Olivier if you need to (re)generate it.
