If you use build I20021029 with a workspace created before 2002/10/29, you
may want to update the classpath used by Ant so as to be able to run
exportplugin.xml.

To do so, go to Window->Preferences->External Tools->Ant
Then on the classpath tab use "Restore Defaults"
