Hi,

For backward compatibitity, we fixed the bug 23096 only in 1.4
compatibility mode. This means that in 1.3 compliance mode, a line comment
doesn't need to be closed with a line break (this case concerns only line
comment at the end of the source code). However if there is a line break,
it is included in the source range of the line comment even if the
compliance mode is 1.3.
