[jdt-core-dev] STABLE branch

From now on, we will try to maintain a branch named STABLE which should be
targeted by external clients willing to connect to our source repository.
A corresponding binary patch is available on the JDT/Core resource dev page
at:

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/jdt-core-home/org.eclipse.jdt.core-STABLE.zip

The STABLE branch is supposed to be more reliable than the HEAD content,
and close to what we intend to release into the next integration build.
