Re: [january-dev] Branching for 2.1.0 release

Nothing that goes into the code base. I will publish the release on Maven, and if I can I would like to get that working automatically from our HIPP instance. This may require a few pom.xml changes, but not Java ones.

Also, Tracy and I plan to update the website and add a link to a Katacoda scenario that uses January in Java 9's JShell as a getting started for January - without having to download/install anything. Katacoda is a cloud in the browser thing.

Dear all,

After passing the release review, we will make a release branch on Monday 9th October in preparation for the first release candidate.

Does anyone have any late requests or issues that need fixing?

Best regards,

Peter
