[january-dev] January in Simultaneous Science Release

Hi folks,

As discussed/reconfirmed on the Science WG call this week, Eclipse
January will be releasing as part of the Eclipse Science Simultaneous
Release.

The release info is on the PMI already:

Today is the deadline for submitting IP logs and any other release
review material so that the release review can be scheduled.

Peter, are you going to do the IP log & science-pmc approvals, or
would you like me to?
